It is likely that the emails are being sent to the SPAM folder in your mailbox. To get around this you can create a rule/filter on the your account to ensure that all mails from your scoutmail.co.za address skip the spam folder. It is also advisable to add the scoutmail.co.za address as a contact on your mail account
You can change the emails that you use at any point in time. Please do be aware though that the request to update/add/remove any of the emails MUST come from an address already associated with your account. To update a forwarding address you need to send an email to accounts@scoutmail.co.za
